Damaged Goods or Shortages

Report any damaged goods or shortages, within 48 hours of receipt, for assistance. Please order enough product to cover your production overs. There is no additional processing fee for adding to an order within 30 days, but there is minimum order amount to follow .

Returns

Prior to placing the order, please understand our products and its applications carefully and completely. No returns on all items, including kits and parts. In the event we do accept returns under special circumstances and conditions, buyer must first obtain return authorization from us and there is a 25% restocking fee. Customers are also responsible for freight costs to and from their destination.

Other restrictions on returns are:
- No returns are accepted on special orders, made-to-order items or custom-cut lengths.

- No returns are accepted on orders without original shipping box from sender.

- No returns are accepted when original product packaging is opened or damaged.

- No returns are accepted when material is short or damaged in any manner.

Exchanges

A 10% restocking fee applies to products that are exchanged for other product. The same restrictions that apply to returns also apply to exchanges (see above). The flextracks LLC’s prior authorization is required for all exchanges and customers are responsible for freight costs to and from their destination.

Important Notice to Purchaser

The purchaser determines suitability for the application of any product herein and assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither the seller or the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arriving out of the use of such product.

The liability of The flextracks LLC under these terms shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the price paid by the purchaser. The flextracks LLC has no liability for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, lost profits or economic loss, whether arising in contract or tort, and the same are hereby expressly waived and excluded by the purchaser.
